Bring Love In comes to Warren

If you have a really good memory and read our blog religiously, you might remember way back in our post about Fast Tuesday, we mentioned Levi and Jessie Benkert and what they were doing in Ethiopia.  I casually dropped a clue that they might be coming to Warren.  Well guess what.....they are. 

September 1st the Benkert's are going to be speaking at The Crossing at 7pm. 

We are STOKED!!!! 

The long and the short of it is this.....the Benkert's are American's living in Ethiopia.  They match up widows with orphans to make new "forever families" that live in houses that are sponsored.  They take James 1:27 very seriously when it says "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world."

They're not just talking about, they're doing it.  

Come see why we love Ethiopia.  Come here what they're doing.  Come see how you can be involved in what they're doing.  And buy some coffee too!

Please talk about this with people.  Print out flyers.  Announce it at church.  Get people here.  Pack the place out!
